Intentional Healing is pleased to announce that we will begin offering Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray for eligible patients with treatment‑resistant depression.
Spravato is the only FDA‑approved nasal spray specifically for adults who have not responded to at least two other antidepressant medications. It is used in combination with an oral antidepressant under medical supervision.
Research has shown that Spravato can:
- Reduce depressive symptoms in individuals who have not improved with standard antidepressants
- Help support the brain’s ability to “rewire” (neuroplasticity), which may positively affect mood, memory, and other cognitive functions
Spravato treatments are provided in-office, where you will be monitored by our clinical team during and after each session.
