Laura Porter, PMHNP

Laura Porter, PMHNP

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Laura received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and her Master’s in Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University. She completed her Post Master’s Certification for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Regis College.

She has 16+ years of experience working in critical care and psychiatry, engaging with a range of age groups from children to geriatrics, as well as training and educating other nurses as an advanced-level educator. Through Laura’s experience, she developed a passion for psychiatry after witnessing many individuals with severe medical issues also struggle with psychiatric conditions.

Her time as a critical care provider during the COVID pandemic reinforced her dedication to mental health. Her drive to help individuals and her passion for mental health motivated her to focus her patient care entirely on emotional well-being. Laura takes a patient-centered approach while embracing individuality and diversity.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors as much as possible, watching movies, and hanging out with friends. She also has a deep love for animals.

Elisa Csader, PMHNP

Elisa Csader, PMHNP

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Elisa is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She is happy to call Arizona her home and has lived here her entire life. Her nursing journey has been rich and diverse. She has worked as a bedside RN, clinical educator, and patient experience leader in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting.

Her frontline experience in a high-pressure environment fostered a deep sense of compassion and empathy for the patients in her care. Witnessing firsthand the urgency of mental health crises and the profound impact of attentive care shaped her commitment to psychiatry. She has worked with patients across all age groups, genders, and cultural backgrounds.

When transitioning from the Emergency Room, she pursued her PMHNP-BC degree from Walden University. Elisa is passionate about preventing crisis situations and addressing mental health issues before they escalate. She focuses on whole-person care and creating safe spaces where individuals can be comfortable with themselves.

Elisa is continually inspired by the resilience and strength of the individuals she works with and is honored to support their growth, healing, and transformation.
